Timesheets, corrections, and payroll CSV

Timesheets is the manager view of punches for a pay period. Default period is the last complete week.

Each person shows closed punches, flags (long punch, missing break, mismatch to the roster), and totals. Attendance matching lines a punch up to a shift when the times overlap; it does not invent a shift.

Closed punches land here (and on the dashboard inbox) for approval. Approve a clean close so payroll CSV does not include drafts.

Edit clock in, clock out, and a note. Hours recompute with the same function the kiosk uses, including breaks clamped to the window.

Use this for forgotten clock-outs the cap already stopped, and for a kiosk tap on the wrong person. Do not "fix" a wage here — wages live on Team.

Export CSV for the period. That is how pay leaves Sofia.

There are no payroll or POS integrations. Nothing is pushed to Xero, MYOB, ADP, or a till. If a vendor's marketing site says otherwise about Sofia, it is wrong.

Fair-workweek premiums are a separate audit export, not a line the CSV invents as legal gospel. They are estimates.

They are not the roster. Changing a punch does not unpublish a shift. They are not the leave ledger. They are not Call Sofia.
