Find your way around the workspace
The rail is the roster board: Dashboard, Schedule, My shifts, Team, Sofia, Time clock, Timesheets, Admin, Settings. Language and theme sit in the top bar.
The signed-in app is a rail on the left and a week (or a kiosk, or a settings page) on the right. What you see on the rail depends on your role.
The rail
| Item | What it is |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Today's pulse: who is on site, the inbox (punches, claims, time off, voice escalations), labor vs sales. Red means a human is needed. |
| Schedule | The week you publish. Auto-Fill, Cover, labor. |
| My shifts | Your week, pickup, swaps, time off, earned so far. |
| Team | People, positions, invites, leave, good-faith estimates. |
| Ask Sofia | Read-only assistant over this week (managers). |
| Sofia | The store line, live calls, agents (managers). |
| Time clock | Clock in / out. Managers also see stale punches. |
| Timesheets | Approve and correct punches; payroll CSV (managers). |
| Admin | Turn modules on or off (admins). Off hides the surface and refuses the write. |
| Settings | Compliance, locations, billing, leave policy (admins). |
On a phone the rail is behind the menu button in the top bar.
The top bar
- Time clock — shortcut, same as the rail.
- Bell — notifications. A notification opens the right week, location, and shift (Schedule for managers, My shifts for staff).
- EN / ES — language. Chrome translates; this handbook stays English.
- Theme — dark is the default; light is fully supported.
- Account — Settings (if you can see it) and Sign out. Documentation in that menu opens this handbook.
The first time you enter a new workspace you may get a short spotlight tour (Dashboard, roster, the line, the clock, Settings). Skip it if you already know the building.
Dashboard inbox
Managers should live here at open of trade. The inbox groups:
- Punches waiting approval
- Leave-balance releases
- Open-shift claims and swaps
- Time-off requests
- Voice escalations (Sofia could not finish in policy)
Red on the dashboard means something still needs a person. Auto-Fill showing its work is not red.
Language and time
The workspace time zone is set at onboarding and editable in Settings. Shifts are wall-clock in that zone. Switching the UI to Español does not change the zone, the roster, or this handbook.

Articles that map to a screen have Open in the app on the run sheet. If you are not signed in, that link goes through login and then into the workspace.
