My shifts
My shifts: pickup, swaps, and earned so far
Staff see their own week on My shifts. Qualified open shifts can be requested; swaps need a manager. Approving a posted pickup records the added premium.
My shifts is your week. Managers still have this screen — they are on the roster too.
You only see it as yourself if your login is linked to an employee record.
Your week
Assigned shifts for the selected week, with a countdown to the next one. A notification can deep-link here and highlight the shift.
Earned so far is hours × your wage for punches and assigned time already worked in the period. It is not a payslip.
Pick up an open shift
Open shifts you are qualified for (you hold that position) appear as claimable.
- Request the shift.
- It sits pending until a manager approves.
- You cannot request the same shift twice while a claim is pending.
- If the shift overlaps one you already hold, it still shows — flagged — so you can decide. The manager is the gate.
On approval, the shift is assigned to you. If it was already posted, Sofia records an added premium on the fair-workweek ledger. Pickup does not dodge predictability pay.
If a manager re-opens a shift you once held, you may request it again. Declined and withdrawn claims are done; they do not block a new request.
Offer a swap
On one of your assigned shifts, offer it. Qualified coworkers see it as swappable. They request; a manager approves. Offers clear if the shift is reassigned out from under you — only the current holder can offer.
What you cannot do here
- You cannot Auto-Fill.
- You cannot publish.
- You cannot see other people's wages.
- You cannot list Cover.
Those are manager flows on Schedule.
Time off and the clock
Request time off from this page. Clock in is the Time clock item in the rail and the top bar — not a button on the shift card.
