Locations and $200/store billing

Each location is a store: its own roster, rule pack, Cover listings, time-clock geofence, and — when you add one — workforce agent.

Billing is $200 USD per store per month. Unlimited staff. Not per seat.

In Settings under Stores:

• New store name (required)
• Optional address
• Time zone defaults to the organization's zone

You are billed for max(1, location count) stores. One workspace with three locations is $600 / month. If you are already subscribed, add the store then update the billed store count from the Billing card.

On the Billing card:

• Status: inactive, active, past due, or canceled
• Store count × $200
• Next renewal when active

Subscribe with Stripe from this card. Sofia stores Stripe customer and subscription ids on the server. The card number is not stored in Sofia.

If the last charge failed, the badge says so. Update the card — the app keeps working. Unpaid workspaces are not locked out of the roster. That is deliberate.

Cancel in one click. Unused days in the period are refunded. The card is detached. cancelAtPeriodEnd means you keep the line until the period ends.

Add a workforce agent per store you want on the phone. A location without an agent still has a roster and a time clock; staff just cannot call Sofia there.

Not per-user pricing. Not an implementation invoice. Not a surprise seat for the casual who worked two Saturday shifts. If you are comparing vendors, count stores, not provisioned logins. More on that in the blog.
