Terms

These terms are how we offer Sofia Workforce today. They are not a substitute for employment law.

The product

Sofia is software for hospitality teams: a roster, a time clock that holds a punch, labor cost from wages you set, Auto-Fill (a deterministic scorer that shows its work), Ask Sofia (a read-only assistant over your week), and Call Sofia (a phone agent that writes late / call-off / directed swap through those rules). Cover is a waitlist for extra hands inside the same product. It is not live. Listing a gap does not dispatch anyone. The public store number is boarding.

Your roster is yours

You are responsible for the published week, for who you employ, and for the law that applies to your venues. Auto-Fill is a proposal you can undo. In-app Ask Sofia cannot change the schedule. Call Sofia can, for the three in-policy intents, as your delegated shift leader. Fair-workweek premiums shown in the app are planning estimates, not legal advice.

We do not interpret Australian Modern Awards and we do not send pay items to Xero, MYOB, or any payroll system we have not built.

Price

The public price is on /pricing: $200 USD per store per month, unlimited staff at that store. Subscribe from Settings. We warn before the first charge and before each renewal. Cancel is one click; the unused portion of the month is refunded and payment details are removed. The app keeps working if you are not subscribed.

Cover has no published fee. When it does, it will sit on the Cover page before anyone pays it.

Accounts

You need a workspace to use the product. Keep your login to yourself. If you invite people, you are responsible for who you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sofia to break the law, to harass workers, or to pretend Cover can send extra hands tonight.

Availability

We host on Firebase App Hosting. We aim to stay up. We do not promise a numbered SLA.

Changes and contact
