Can head office see into a franchisee’s workspace?
Only by being a member of it. Access is granted per organization, so visibility is explicit rather than implied by brand hierarchy.
How is pay data protected?
It is split out of the record everyone can read. Wage, email and date of birth are stored separately behind a manager-level gate and merged back in only for readers authorised to see them.
