Every feature page on this site describes something that actually ships. This is the other half of that promise: the things Sofia does not do yet, written down.

    Managers can list an open gap on Cover — one shift, Auto-Fill leftovers, or remaining opens on the week. The queue, dashboard, and Ask Sofia all see it. Nobody is sent — there is no pool.

  • Notification deep links

    A notification opens the right week, location, and shift — Schedule for managers, My shifts for workers.

  • Tanda OAuth

    Connect Tanda from Sofia settings. Tokens stay on the server. The adapter fails closed if Tanda is disconnected.

  • Store billing

    $200 USD per store per month via Stripe. Subscribe from Settings, cancel in one click, unused days refunded, card detached. Unpaid workspaces keep working.

Not built

Things you may be looking for that Sofia does not have. If one of these is a dealbreaker, better to find out here than three weeks into a rollout.

  • Payroll and POS integrations

    There are none today. Payroll leaves as CSV, and projected sales are entered by a manager rather than read from a till.

  • Native mobile apps

    The worker and manager surfaces are mobile-first web, and web push is available if a worker opts in. There is no app-store native app.

  • In-app messaging

    Sofia notifies people about things that happened to their schedule. It is not a chat product, and does not pretend to be one.

  • Sofia Cover — extra-hands pool

    Listing an open gap records demand. Nobody is sent. When the pool ships it will sit next to your roster, after Auto-Fill and staff claims have tried your own people.

  • A public store number

    The conversation engine exists. Twilio + Grok Voice on a real PSTN line is the next pass. Get in line from contact.

  • SSO and advanced roles

    Role-based access is enforced in the database rules today, but SSO is a Scale conversation rather than a self-serve feature.

Under consideration

  • Skills inferred from shift history

    The pure function exists and is tested, but nothing consumes it — so it is not a feature, and the site no longer says it is.

  • More jurisdictions

    Five presets ship. Any other jurisdiction can be configured manually; adding presets is mostly a research problem, not an engineering one.
