Do I have to leave Tanda?
No. Mode A is the chain play: keep Tanda, add Sofia as the shift leader.
Can I connect Tanda from Settings today?
No. The adapter exists; the button does not. First stores will be connected by hand. Get in line for a number.
What if Tanda is down?
Sofia escalates. She does not fork the roster into Firestore on a Tanda store.
